Delegate fees

The delegate fees above include:

• Participation in the Teaching day, Saturday August 24
• Participation in the Bárány Society meeting 2024, Sunday August 25 until Wednesday August 28. Coffee and lunches according to the programme. 
• Welcome reception in the exhibition, Sunday August 25 (evening). 
• Reception at Restaurant Katalin close to Uppsala Konsert & Kongress, UKK (evening), Monday August 26.

The banquet at Uppsala Castle on Tuesday August 27 costs an additional SEK 950. 

Satellite symposium

Please note: Deadline for registration to the satellite symposium is May 15

Included in the fee for the satellite symposium at Hotel Hasselbacken in Stockholm: Transportation from Uppsala to Stockholm on August 28, Accommodation in single/double room on August 28 (one night) if you choose any of the accommodation options, All meals according to the program on August 28-29 incl. dinner at the Vasa Museum on August 28.

Accompanying persons

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: 

• City walk (2 hr) on Sunday August 25
• Welcome reception in the exhibition, Sunday August 25 (evening). 
• Reception at Restaurant Katalin close to Uppsala Konsert & Kongress, UKK (evening), Monday August 26.

The banquet at Uppsala Castle on Tuesday August 27 costs an additional SEK 950.

If the connecting delegate is registered for the Satellite symposium, the accompanying person has the possibility to buy a ticket to the banquet at the Vasa Museum on August 28. Cost: SEK 1500.

Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific programme, the exhibition, lunches or coffee breaks.

Delegates from all countries except Sweden: Payment by credit card only.

Credit card payment
Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases.

Delegates from Sweden
Delegates from Sweden can choose between invoice and credit card payment.

Invoice
State your invoicing details on the payment page of the registration form. For invoices to a public sector (Region, kommun etc.), e-invoicing information must be stated on the payment page. Please note! If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 400 will be charged.

Credit card payment
Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases.

Cancellation of participation
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to congress secretariat Reed & Mackay, congress.se@reedmackay.com.

If cancellation for the Bárány Society Meeting is made by May 30, 2024, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 will be charged. If cancellation is made after May 30, 2024, no refund or reduction will be possible.

If cancellation for the Satellite Symposium is made by April 15, 2024, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 500. If cancellation is made after April 25, 2024, no refund or reduction will be possible.

If cancellation of the Banquet at Uppsala Castle is made by July 30, 2024, it will be credited in full. After July 30, no refund or reduction will be possible.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the Bárány Society and Resia Kongress’ control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee would then be transferred to the new dates for the congress.

Cancellation of accommodation in Uppsala
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to Resia Kongress. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until June 26, 2024. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than June 26, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the Bárány Society and Resia Kongress’ control, the above cancellation policy applies.

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the congress, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 250. Please contact the congress secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to transfer your registration.

Dietary requirements
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no diets. Dietary requirements must be given to the congress secretariat no later than August 7. After August 7, no dietary requirements can be considered.
